AF Services, Inc. offers uniformed, trained, and diplomatic personnel to provide access control, safety officers, facility monitors, off-duty police, badge checkers, registration personnel, ticket takers, directors, room monitors and crowd control, models/hostesses, just to mention a few. Our management staffs experience includes providing services for over four decades of numerous conventions & tradeshows, professional sporting events, golf outings, fairs & festivals, political conventions, concerts and countless public events across the country.
AF Services focuses on proper selection of applicants. Prior to hire, a comprehensive pre-employment background check investigation is conducted on their history, thus allowing our personnel department to weed out unqualified applicants who are unsuitable to company standards, requirements and needs. Each new employee must undergo a probation period of 90 days, after which an evaluation is made. Those who do not meet our expectations will not remain a part of the AF Team.
Our employee training program is designed to transfer management knowledge to our personnel.  Each individual is trained in all aspects to have the professionalism, pride, appearance and attitude necessary to safeguard valuables, manage crowds and anticipate your needs. AF employees have the training and confidence to control and react to incidents, while enforcing regulations and policies that are unique to each individual facility or event.
AF Services has deployed thousands of uniformed, trained and courteous individuals for countless events. Our management advisor will carefully analyze your situation, then design a custom program to meet your unique needs. To secure an optimum degree of service, all personnel prior to reporting to an assignment receive detailed instructions on his or her responsibility and how to follow through implicitly.
